Women lounging on the beach “talking story” remind us how
Hawaiian sun and seas make us feel happy and strong. We can look
into these windows and recall our joy of being ‘on island.’ I am
always taken with the image of Maui on the horizon – especially
when wreathed with clouds – hence the title, “Maui’s Lei.”
